We believe that every accident is a result of several same kinds of recurrences which may or may not result into injury. Therefore, it is very important to identify such unsafe action or unsafe condition and make it safe before something go wrong in short “Prevention is better than cure”. Our goal is ZERO LOSS TIME ACCIDENT.
It is our Policy to provide and implement safe and healthy work environment for conducting its business and thereby achieve zero loss time accident and loss to the property, environment by observing strict compliance of the statutory requirements.
1. Induction Training : Every worker of RPPL is provided with induction training for the rules, regulations and introduction to safety at work site for the new employees before joining the work.
2. Tool Box Training : On site training is given to the people working at site. This includes training on ‘permit system,’ ‘working on height’, ‘prevention of unsafe acts and conditions’, ‘hot work’, ‘use of PPE’S’ etc.
3. Mass Training & Awards/Rewards : A mass training cum motivational program is arranged once in a month and the employees are presented with rewards for their performance in safety.
First aid is limited to providing immediate medical aid by a supervisor or co-worker. First aid care is the assistance provided to an injured or ill employee by a supervisor or a co-worker, but only with the express purpose of controlling the loss of blood, sustaining breathing, and reducing the effects of shock.

HARD HATS : It is compulsory to everyone to wear safety helmets before entering to the work site.
SAFETY BELTS : Whenever employees are working 2m above respective floor height, it is mandatory for him to wear a safety belt and fasten it properly while working. Supervisor is equally responsible for the safety of the people.
